We believe in our highest quality products so much that if you are not 100% satisfied with a purchased from our website, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date with a (RPA #) in order to qualify for a refund of purchase price of product(s) returned. Furthermore all returning items must be less than 20% used to qualify for refund (because if you truly didn’t like the product you wouldn’t use more than 20%).

Please allow up to 24hrs for a response time for RPA request Mon-Friday. Requests received on the weekend and/or Holiday will be handled on the next business day

NATURAL WORLD INTERNATIONAL INC. is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.) PLEASE take your time and make sure you provided all correct information. NATURAL WORLD INTERNATIONAL INC. is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders

International Shipping

You are responsible for taxes and laws imposed by your country. You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Failure to collect parcel from foreign postal administration is direct responsibility of the purchaser. Any returned package purchaser will be held responsible for shipping costs to and from final destination.

Returning an Item

All returning items must be less than 20% used to qualify for refund.
Pack the item/s securely in the package along with RPA# written on a box or inside the box.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid by customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
